Questions
The things asset owners ask us most.

Can you provide internet to a site with no fibre and no mains?
Yes. Satellite such as Starlink gives coverage almost anywhere, and we can engineer low-power, solar or battery-backed setups for sites without reliable mains. It's exactly the kind of site we specialise in — see Rural Internet and Power & UPS.
What areas of the UK do you cover?
We work UK-wide, including the most remote locations. Our engineers travel to site wherever it is — distance doesn't limit our ability to support you.
Do I get one supplier for connectivity, security and CCTV?
Yes. We deliver connectivity, networking, cyber security, CCTV, access control and power under one managed relationship and SLA. One accountable partner instead of several pointing at each other.
Why does Starlink break my CCTV and VPN?
Starlink places you behind Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) and hands out a dynamic public IP that can change without notice, which breaks inbound connections. Our Static IP for Starlink service adds a fixed UK public IPv4 that fixes this — and keeps the same IP on 4G/5G failover.
Can you keep control systems separate from other traffic?
Yes. We segment operational technology (OT) from corporate and guest networks using VLANs and managed firewalls, so a problem in one area can't reach your control systems.
Do you monitor and support what you install?
Yes. Our managed service provides 24/7 monitoring, proactive support and lifecycle management, and installations can roll straight into ongoing cover.
Do I need to change my existing Starlink or connectivity plan?
Usually not. Most of what we add — static IP, failover, security — sits alongside your existing services without changing your provider accounts or tariffs.
Can you integrate our turbine or inverter data into a portal?
Yes. Through our AI & Custom Integrations service we connect ODBC, SCADA and OEM platforms such as GE and Vestas into custom portals and dashboards.
