The network your control systems trust.

A site network isn't just a switch in a box. We design and build switching, routing and segmentation that keep OT, corporate and guest traffic apart — reliable, secure and ready for whatever you connect next.

What's included

Everything from the patch panel to the policy.

Switching & routing

Resilient, managed switching and routing sized to the site and built to grow.

VLAN segmentation

OT, corporate and guest traffic separated so a problem in one can't reach another.

Structured cabling

Neat, labelled, tested copper and fibre with documentation you can actually use.

Resilient design

Redundant paths and power so a single failure doesn't drop the whole site.

PoE for devices

Power-over-Ethernet for cameras, APs and sensors — one cable does it all.

As-built documentation

Diagrams, IP schemes and labelling handed over so future work is painless.

Flat network vs segmented OT network

The difference proper segmentation makes.

Many remote sites grow one switch at a time until everything shares a single flat network. A designed, segmented network keeps control systems apart from everything else — and gives you a foundation ready for CCTV and PoE devices as the site expands.

Questions

Networking solutions — your questions answered.

Why does a renewable-energy site need VLAN segmentation?
Segmentation keeps operational technology such as SCADA, PLCs and inverters on their own VLAN, separate from corporate and guest traffic. That means a problem on the office or visitor network, whether a fault or a security incident, cannot reach the control systems. It also makes the network easier to secure, monitor and troubleshoot.
Do you work with any brand of switch or firewall?
Yes. We are vendor-neutral and design around what suits the site and any equipment you already run, rather than pushing a single manufacturer. Where kit is being replaced or added we recommend hardware that fits the environment, the budget and how the site is likely to grow.
Can you upgrade our existing network without replacing everything?
Usually, yes. We start by documenting what is already in place, then improve segmentation, resilience and cabling in stages so the site keeps running. Working equipment is kept where it makes sense, and changes are planned around your operations rather than forcing a full rebuild.
How do you keep control systems secure on the network?
Segmentation is the foundation: OT traffic is isolated on its own VLANs with controlled routing between zones. That pairs naturally with a managed firewall and monitoring so traffic between zones is inspected and limited to what is needed. The result is a network that is defensible as well as reliable.
What documentation do we get with the network?
You get proper as-built documentation: network diagrams, IP addressing schemes, VLAN plans and clearly labelled cabling and patch panels. It means any future work, whether by us or by your own team, can be done quickly and safely without reverse-engineering the site first.
