Questions

Remote hands — your questions answered.

What does a remote hands service include?
It covers the physical work at your site — installs, hardware swaps and upgrades, re-cabling, on-site diagnostics, configuration changes and troubleshooting — carried out by trained engineers on your behalf.
How quickly can an engineer get to my site?
We offer both scheduled and reactive dispatch across the UK. Response depends on the site and the task, so we agree target timescales up front and keep you updated while an engineer is en route.
Do you work with any vendor equipment?
Yes. Our engineers are vendor-neutral, so we work across routers, switches, servers and site hardware regardless of manufacturer, following your processes and standards throughout.
Do you cover remote and rural sites across the UK?
Yes. Reaching remote and rural sites is exactly what we do, from wind and solar farms to battery storage and other unmanned locations nationwide — distance is the problem we exist to solve.
Can remote hands be combined with a managed service?
Yes. Remote hands works well on its own or as the on-site arm of a wider managed service, giving you a single team for both remote support and physical work. Get in touch to scope it.
